I am a dedicated and experienced counsellor, with a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, and then went on to obtain my Master of Counseling degree from City University of Seattle in Vancouver. I am a registered clinical counsellor (#19463) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. My extensive education and training has prepared me to help you through any challenges you may be facing and support you towards reaching your goals.

We are open for business from Monday to Friday, with office hours from 1:30pm to 7:00pm. During these hours, we are available to schedule appointments and assist our clients.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), we work with many insurance companies and extended benefits providers to ensure coverage for our services. However, please note that coverage and reimbursement for counselling services vary among insurance providers and plans. Before scheduling a session, we advise you to check with your insurance provider about your coverage for counselling services.

During your first session, we will start by having a consultation to determine if your goals align with our abilities to help you achieve them. If we decide that we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule our first session and begin our journey together. You can expect to feel heard and understood, and you will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals. We will use this time to get to know each other and create a plan for our future sessions.
